I did want my car delivered to me but Mini stated they couldn't offer this so I asked for the car to be available before the weekend and it was! All arranged within a few days - I was not expecting the speediness or efficiency!

After putting the deposit down I then had doubts about driving an automatic. Leigh was so patient even on the test drive. Couldn't have asked for any one more positive telling me I would love it once I got use to it (he is right)

Exceptional, we walked in on a Saturday and it was very busy and we didn't have an appointment but were greeted with a warm welcome and the chance to wait and take advantage of the cafe and it's goodies. Very nice touch

Was a super easy process. The figures were explained clearly. They worked with me to try and get to a figure I was happy with for my new Mini. Ed and Tom let me go out in both a cooper and cooper s to ensure that I was making the right decision

service was good but left waiting too long. Day 1 arrived at 8.30am, didn't leave until after 5. Asked to return the following Monday as a part needed to be ordered. Was asked to arrive at 9, told there would be no wait but was still there after 3.

Cheltenham were fine with replacing the tire, but poor follow-up. I was told on Tuesday I would have my car returned the following day . Still no car. Was called at 9.15pm on Friday saying car back at midnight - not ok

All staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The cafe staff contacted the appropriate member of staff for me to talk to when my mobile wouldn't pick up a signal, everything was explained clearly and any problems resolved smoothly.

The person answering the telephone to arrange my service was very patient. I had called four times to keep changing my appointment. When I brought my car in for servicing, Donna was extremely helpful and gave me clear information and advice

Before I dropped my mini off I was given the price of the service and this didn't change. The staff talk through how the service has gone with any advisories etc. You also get emails throughout the procedure keeping you updated.

Eeasy to drop off my car and keys first thing in the morning. Appreciated the email with video of the underside of my Mini and tyres checks and picking up my car was again very easy by collecting the keys from the key safe, plus chocolate!

Went in to have front brake pads changed. Was told this was a 2 hour service. Arrived to collect car and was told that it was awaiting to be cleaned. Waited another hour but had to go collect my son. Car was washed but not cleaned inside!
